🏡 Property Layout & Privacy The property includes four additional units, one of which is attached to the end of the house. Your suite features a completely private entrance and private outdoor spaces, offering a peaceful, secluded retreat. While other guests or residents may be present elsewhere on the property, interaction is rare, allowing you to enjoy your stay in privacy. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and are permitted outdoors only. ♨️ Hot Tub Safety Children under age 5 are not permitted in the hot tub. Children ages 5–15 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Never leave children unattended near the hot tub, and please secure the cover after each use. 🍽️ Kitchenette The suite includes a convenient kitchenette, ideal for preparing light meals, snacks, and beverages. ❄️ Winter Driving Our private road is professionally plowed but can still be slippery during winter conditions. For winter stays, front-wheel drive with all-season tires or four-wheel drive is required to ensure safe access to the property.
