🐾 Pet Policy – A maximum of one pet is permitted per reservation. Dogs must remain leashed at all times outdoors and may not roam freely out of consideration for other guests. Pets must be crated whenever left unattended inside the home. 🏡 Property Layout & Privacy The property includes four additional units, one of which is attached to the end of the house. Your home features a completely private entrance, and private outdoor spaces, providing a peaceful and secluded retreat. While other guests or residents may be present elsewhere on the property, interaction is rare, allowing you to enjoy your stay in privacy. 🚭 Smoking Policy - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and are permitted outdoors only. ♨️ Hot Tub Safety - Children under age 5 are not permitted in the hot tub. Children ages 5–15 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Never leave children unattended near the hot tub, and please secure the cover after each use. ❄️ Winter Driving Our private road is professionally plowed but can still be slippery during winter conditions. For winter stays, front-wheel drive with all-season tires or four-wheel drive is required to ensure safe access to the property.
