🐾 Pet Policy - A maximum of one pet is permitted per reservation. Pets are allowed only in the Main House and are not permitted in the Juniper or Pinyon suites to maintain allergen-conscious environments for future guests. Dogs must remain leashed whenever outdoors and may not roam freely. Pets must be crated when left unattended inside the home. 🏡 Property Layout & Privacy - The retreat includes two nearby buildings: the Main House and Pinyon Suite share one building, while the Juniper Suite is located in a separate building. An additional residence and treehouse are also located on the property but are not included in this listing. Other guests or residents may be present. Interaction is minimal, but we want you to be fully informed. 🚭 Smoking Policy - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and are permitted outdoors only. ♨️ Hot Tub Safety - Children under age 5 are not permitted in the hot tub. Children ages 5–15 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Never leave children unattended near the hot tub, and please secure the cover after each use. ❄️ Winter Driving Our private road is professionally plowed but can still be slippery during winter conditions.
